- CHILD UPTO 10 YEARS WITHOUT EXTRA BED WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE EXTRA BED PRICE
- CHILD BELOW 05 YEAR ON COMPLIMENTARY BASIS / SHARING BED WITH PARENTS
- EXTRA BED IS MANDATORY FOR CHILD ABOVE 10 YEAR & ADULT
- ABOVE RATES ARE ON FIT BASIS. BOOKING ABOVE 10 TENTS WILL BE CONSIDER AS GROUPGROUP; DEPENDING UPON PROPERTY
WE WILL ISSUED TRANSFERABLE VOUCHER WHICH CAN BE UTLIZED AT ANY OF OUR CAMPSITE TILL SEPTEMBER 2013
PLEASE NOTE
In case the camp you are booked at becomes inaccessible due to natural calamities like floods, landslides, earthquakes e.t.c. we shall endeavor to put you at an alternate Camps of Ladakh property convenient to you (subject to availability). Else we shall issue a transferable voucher for the FULL amount, which can be utilized at any of our Camp till September 2012.
BOOKING TERMS
- 25% Advance (Non refundable) to confirm the booking
- 75% Balance before 25 days of travel date
PAYMENT TERMS
- Cheque made out to “Camps of Ladakh”
- Outstation payments by draft payable at Delhi favoring “Camps of Ladakh”
- Bank transfer (NEFT)
CANCELLATION TERMS
- Minimum 25% of total billing amount. Less than 2 weeks of arrival date 50% of total billing amount. Less 1 week of arrival date 100% cancellation.
IMPORTANT NOTE
- The above camps operational from May to September & subject to operate as per the weather Conditions in Month of October
- Refund will be process from Delhi Office ( Booking Office )
- Rates are applicable till 30th September 2013
- Any increase in taxes will be levied proportionately.
